When you contact us

We receive the contact details and information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, company and project requirements. We use this to answer you, discuss potential work and manage our business relationship. We rely on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, our contractual obligations where applicable, and our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries.

Website access and cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies or visitor analytics. Our hosting and security providers may process technical data, such as IP addresses, request details and security logs, to deliver and protect the website. Security features may use cookies where necessary. Enquiries are saved to our private business system when you submit the form. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish genuine enquiries from bots. Turnstile processes browser and device signals for this security check. Rate-limit identifiers are hashed and kept temporarily to prevent abuse.

Who handles your information

We use service providers for email, website hosting and security, including Google Workspace, Hostinger and Cloudflare. They may process information on our behalf. Some processing may take place outside the UK, subject to the applicable transfer safeguards. We do not sell enquiry information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship. We may retain relevant business records for contractual, legal or accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to or restrict certain uses. Other rights, including portability, may apply depending on the circumstances. Use our enquiry form and select “Privacy request”, or write to our registered office above. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
